Six Sigma is a strategic methodology employed by many companies to reduce costs and improve productivity. Blue chip companies such as General Electric, Motorola, and 3M implement thousands of Six Sigma projects every year. This is probably the only concept which has attracted the attention of almost all companies across the world irrespective of their business mission.
