Fundamentals of Nonlinear Behavioral Modeling for RF and Microwave Design
John Wood, David E. Root - Collection Microwave and RF Engineering
Résumé
A revised collection of groundbreaking presentations made at a recent International Microwave Symposium (IMS) workshop, this cutting-edge resource provides a comprehensive treatment of nonlinear behavioral modeling for RF and microwave circuits and systems from renowned experts in the field. Presenting state-of-the-art RF and microwave applications, this practical book gives professionals hands-on techniques that they can use immediately on their current projects.
Fundamentals of Nonlinear Behavioral Modeling for RF and Microwave Design helps practitioners:
- Create nonlinear behavioral models in the frequency and time domain, as well as in the envelope domain for wireless applications
- Make large-signal microwave measurements for nonlinear model extraction; Use neural networks in nonlinear behavioral model generation
- Understand the physical mechanisms responsible for dynamic nonlinear effects in microwave ICs, such as memory in power amplifiers
- Become knowledgable about Volterra analysis, scattering functions, and envelope models
