Vic (J.R.) Winkler travaille actuellement comme consultant technique auprès de clients du gouvernement des États-Unis. Il a plus de 30 ans d'expérience dans les domaines de la sécurité de l'information comme la cybersécurité, l'informatique en nuage, l'ingénierie des systèmes et des applications. Il a notamment été responsable technique de la sécurité du Cloud chez Sun Microsystems, et publie de nombreux articles techniques en tant qu'expert en cybersécurité.
