L'auteur - Carter Wiseman
A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy and Yale College, Carter Wiseman received a masters degree in art history from, Columbia University and was a Loeb Fellow in Advanced Environmental Studies at Harvard's Graduate School of Design. He bas been a newsman with the Associated Press, an associate editor at Newsweek, and, since 1980, the architecture critic for New York magazine. Wiseman bas taught at the Columbia School of Journalism, Harvard, the University of Pennsylvania, and Yale. He has contributed to a number of books on architecture and urban affairs; among his numerous writing awards is an Institute Honor from the American Institute of Architects. Wiseman lives in Westport, Connecticut, with his wife and their two children and divides his working time between New York and New Haven, where he edits the Yale Alumni Magazine.
