Stormwater Collection Systems Design Handbook

Larry W. Mays

1008 pages, parution le 01/06/2001

Résumé

A key resource on the subject of water collection systems prepared by major contributors to the field of value to engineers, managers, and analysts involved with the design, analysis, operation, maintenance, and rehabilitation of collection systems. The book includes storm water collection systems and wastewater collection systems, with the major emphasis on the former. There are a very large number of consulting engineers, public works engineers, and municipal engineers worldwide that are involved with storm water and wastewater collection systems. These systems range from small municipal and public works systems that are in every little town in the U.S. to very large systems such as those found in Phoenix, New York City, London, Paris, Chicago, etc.

This handbook, written by leading experts, is the most comprehensive, state-of-the-art coverage on the design of stormwater collections systems. The only work of it's kind, this authoritative and inclusive compendium brings you detailed coverage of the latest design methods and tools for analyzing stormwater collection systems. Each chapter provides expert, detailed, professional guidance on the important components of stormwater collection systems.
