L'auteur - Ian Tho

Ian Tho , Dr Ian Tho PhD is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and holds a Master of Business Administration from Monash University in Australia. He worked for KPMG Business Advisory Services, Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and Datacom Asia in outsourcing services for over eighteen years.
