A senior associate of the Institute of
Management, over many years he has been
involved in teaching and supporting people on
learning programmes of various kinds across
all sectors of industry, both in the UK and
abroad. He was involved in the development of
the Institute's Certificate and Diploma
programmes, and the approach to mentoring
within those programmes. As well as actively
mentoring learners, Gareth has trained literally
hundreds of mentors.
He has written many books on management
and presented papers at a number of
conferences on the subject of mentoring.
