Résumé

Robert Feinschreiber is an attorney in Miami. As a partner in the firm of Feinschreiber and Associates, his clients include foreign-owned U.S. businesses, U.S. exporters, and companies facing transfer pricing issues. He received a BA from Trinity College in Connecticut, an LL.B. from Yale, an MBA from Columbia Graduate School of Business, and an LL.M. in Taxation from New York University. Mr. Feinschreiber was a CPA in Florida.

He bas written and edited many books on taxation, including Foreign Sales Corporations, Fundamentals of International Taxation, Domestic International Sales Corporations, Tax Incentives for U.S. Exports, Tax Depreciation Under the Class Life ADR System, International Tax Planning Today, Subpart F, Earnings & Profits, Allocation and Apportionment of Deductions, and International Reorganizations. Mr. Feinschreiber is also the author of Tax Reporting for Foreign-Owned U.S. Corporations, published by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. Mr. Feinschreiber has written many articles on tax and tax-related subjects, especially international taxation. He has been quoted as an authority by Tax Court, Business Week, and Forbes. He has also been a consultant to several foreign governments.

Mr. Feinschreiber was the editor of the Interstate Tax Report. He was the founding editor of the International Tax Journal, and has been the editor of Export Tax Report and the United States editor of Tax Haven and Shelter Report. He was formerly the U.S. correspondent for Tax News Service, published by the International Bureau of Fiscal Documentation. Mr. Feinschreiber is now the editor of Corporate Business Taxation Monthly, Mergers & Acquisitions-The Monthly Tax Journal, and Internet Tax Advisor.

He has taught accounting at Yale and law at Wayne State University Law School. He was director of the International Tax Institute. Mr. Feinschreiber bas lectured at various tax conferences on topics such as foreign sales corporations, DISC, intercompany pricing, Subpart F, foreign tax credit, the research credit, and depreciation. He bas lectured for the American Management Association, International Business Seminars, the International Tax Institute, the World Trade Institute, where he was the Senior International Tax Advisor, and other organizations. He is the editor of Export Handbook and co-editor of Import Handbook, both published by John Wiley & Sons. Mr. Feinschreiber is the coauthor (with Margaret Kent) of Avoiding Tax Malpractice.
