Consultant spécialisé dans la formation des logiciels 3ds max et 3D Studio VIZ, Ted Boardman est l'un des instructeurs agréés du programme de formation Discreet. Ses sessions d'apprentissage sont destinées à rationaliser les méthodes de travail de clients provenant de domaines aussi divers que l'architecture, l'aérospatiale, les médias ou encore l'industrie du jeu vidéo. Il a participé à l'écriture de nombreux ouvrages consacrés à 3ds max, ainsi qu'à l'élaboration de certains modules de formation avancés Discreet. Présent dans les colonnes du site www.cgarchitect.com chaque mois pour parler de 3ds max, il a par ailleurs été récompensé pour sa contribution au symposium annuel Autodesk consacré à la CAO.
