About the Authors
THOMAS M. THOMAS II is the series editor and founder of
NetCerts (www.netcerts.com), a leading training and
education site for Cisco certification. He was previously a
Course Developer for Cisco Systems and has worked on the
Advanced Systems Solutions Engineering Team for MCIs
Managed Network Services. He is currently an
Instructor/Consultant for Chesapeake Network Solutions
(www.ccci.com).
ADAM QUIGGLE is a Senior Network Engineer for MCI
Worldcom working in Raleigh, NC. In his last project, he
served as project leader for a remote access project for
one of North Carolina's largest state government agencies.
He designed and implemented a solution utilizing Cisco
Access Servers, Windows NT Terminal Server and Citrix
Metaframe. He holds a CCNA, Master CNE, MCSE and a Bachelor
of Science in Electrical Engineering. He is currently
pursuing his CCNP/CCIE. He is president of the Research
Triangle Arcas chapter of Cisco Professional Association
Worldwide (CPAW). His other publication credits include
co-authorship of Syngress's Windows 2000 Server
Administration Handbook and McGraw-Hill's Interconnecting
Cisco Network Devices.

Thomas M. Thomas, II, CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCIE No. 9360 is a certified Cisco Systems instructor and the founder of NetCerts.com and the Certified Professional Association - Worldwide or CPAW for short (www.cpaw.org), an organization designed to bring together the users of Cisco equipment to learn and network. He was previously a course developer for Cisco Systems and an instructor for Chesapeake Computer Consultants, and has published several titles on Cisco networking. Tom is currently working as a Senior Principle Consultant with Ericsson IP Infrastructure and lives in Raleigh, NC with his family.
