Amitava Mukherjee is a principal consultant for IBM Global Services, Calcutta, India. A member of the IEEE Communications Society, he receives his Ph.D. in computer science from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India.

L'auteur - Somprakash Bandyopadhyay

is an associate professor with the MIS Group and Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta. He holds a Ph.D. in computer science from Jadavpur University, Calcutta, India.

L'auteur - Debasish Saha

is an associate professor of computer science with the MIS Group and Computer Science at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Calcutta. A senior member of the IEEE, he holds a Ph.D. in electronics and electrical communications engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) at Kharagpur, India.
