L'auteur - Lynne Dunckley

Lynne , Ph.D is a professor of IT at Thames Valley University. She has carried out consultancy on Web issues and design for Accenture, AOL, BT, Morgan Stanley and numerous e-Commerce retailers. She has published work in the Journal of Decision Systems, Interacting with Computers, Interact, International Ergonomics Applications, Logistics Management and Operational Research Society and major international refereed conferences in HCI in the UK and USA. She was the general chair of IWIPS'2001 - the International Workshop for Intenationalisation of Products & Services and is on the editiorial board of the Journal of Expert Systems.
