Over the past 15 years of being an IT consultant, I've seen countless companies (small, medium, and large) suffer at the hand of badly implemented or sloppily designed IT systems, systems that end up hampering productivity rather than increasing it. Some of these systems have been fabulous solutions yet have completely missed the mark regarding the company goals and aspirations, while others have simply been dreadful.

Leveraging the experience I've gained over the years, I feel passionately about making sure business requirements are appropriately met through the innovative use of technology. Any solution relying on modern technology must be designed with a focus on delivering business improvement. A carefully constructed solution should consider process automation, communications improvements (internally and externally), and information security and privacy assurance, and should result in an easily measurable enhancement in productivity.
