About the author
Dave Stearns is a Program Manager in the Office
Visual Data Group at Microsoft Corporation. Dave started
his term at Microsoft as a developer in the Information
Technology Group, building numerous information systems for
the company. He then worked on a number of Microsoft
products including the Enterprise edition of Visual Basic
4.0 and 5.0, ADO 1.0, and most recently the Office Web
components and Excel 2000.
