L'auteur - Steve Litt
is a software consultant who specializes in Linux
software and services. He is the maintainer for the
Universal Menu System software project. As Webmaster and
lead content provider for the Troubleshooters.Com Web site,
Steve has described and delivered the 10-step Universal
Troubleshooting Process, as well as related material on
bottleneck analysis, intermittent analysis, and software
debugging. He was a contributing author to both Red Hat
