, a multi-disciplinary troubleshooting expert, is a Level 11 Certified NetAnalyst and is Network+ certified. He works with UNIX, NetWare, Windows NT, and an entire team of networking electron pushers. Jonathan is a regular writer for SysAdmin and Network Computing magazines. He also has developed many network tools that have been adopted by groups like SCO, Cisco Systems, BellSouth, and NASA.
