This manual documents Miva Script, a server-side scripting
language used for adding active and interactive features to
HTML documents. Miva Script provides powerful programming
tools, file manipulation, database access, and e-commerce.
Its simple syntax of tags and macros is very similar to
HTML.
This manual reflects Miva Script version 3.64.
This manual is intended for Web authors and developers who will create and work with scripts. It is assumed that the reader has some familiarity with HTML coding. If you have always done HTML authoring with a WYSIVVYG editor, you will need to go "under the hood" and get sortie familiarity with HTML tags and attributes. Miva Script's grammar is very similar to HTML's.
