Résumé
- First book on writing cross-browser Dynamic HTML
- Two tutorials allow readers to create their own interactive Web site
Netscape and Microsoft have both created their own versions of Dynamic HTML. But, faced with the incompatibilities between the two browsers, webmasters are asking more and more frequently: How do you use Dynamic HTML, given that your users all have incompatible browsers? Heather Williamson?s new book is the first to help developers answer this troublesome question. Williamson gives detailed treatment to the technologies, concepts, and standards needed to use Dynamic HTML for users running all of the popular late model browsers. The author focuses on implementation issues for maintaining cross platform compatibility and on the interactive coding of Dynamic HTML pages. Two separate tutorials allow readers to develop their own interactive Web site. Each lesson builds on the previous examples and provides the reader with alternate methods for implementing similar functions and features. This book is a must-have for any Web developer.
