Résumé

Thomas Hardy, né le, est un poète et romancier anglais appartenant au courant naturaliste. Auteur devenu aujourd'hui classique, il a particulièrement influencé D. H. Lawrence. Il a reçu l'ordre du Mérite en 1910.
