We don't. It is a result of connective tissue, which is what causes the fat to pucker. If you change the condition of the fascia, the skin on top will become smooth.#3 The idea of hand washing between patients was proposed by a Hungarian physician named Ignaz Semmelweis in the mid-1800s. He was ostracized for his ideas, and eventually died in an asylum.#4 It can be difficult for people to accept the fact that what they have believed up to this point is wrong, or at the very least limited. We are all still learning.
