But in reality, what is more beneficial is learning to manage your focus, and the rest will follow.#3 The Time-Blocking Method requires you to accept the fact that multitasking doesn't work. In reality, your brain is only able to handle one task at a time. This was illustrated in a study where students were asked if they had seen the unicycling clown. Only 25 percent said they had seen him, because their brain was focused on their phone conversations.#4 You cannot give your full attention to two tasks at once. It is impossible. And when you switch from one unrelated task to another, you are actually spending extra time because your brain needs to shift its focus.
