L'auteur - Richard A. Poisel

Richard Poisel is a senior fellow at Raytheon Missile Systems and was previously the chief scientist at the US Army Research, Development, and Engineering Command, Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, Ft, Monmouth, NJ. Dr. Poisel is also the author of Target Acquisition in Communication Electronic Warfare Systems, Modern Communications Jamming Principles and Techniques, and Introduction to Communication Electronic Warfare Systems (Artech House, 2004,2004,2002). He received his M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Sloan School of Management, and his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Poisel also earned an M.S. in electrical engineering at Purdue University.
