L'auteur - Mitchell S. Moore

Mitchell specializes in the strategic use of telecommunications technology-especially the Internet-to enhance the value proposition that companies bring to their customers. His particular interests and expertise include industry convergence and Internet-enabled collaborative communities. He is also an expert in optical networking technology. Prior to his tenure with Hill Associates, Mitchell was a Product Designer for AT&T Bell Laboratories, a Regional Sales Manager for Siemens Corporation, and is Founder and President of, MSM Enterprises, Inc. He holds a B.S. in psychology from Georgetown University and an M.S. in pharmacology from Georgetown University School of Medicine. He has published articles in scientific journals and in the telecommunications trade press, and is the author of The Telecommunication Manager's Plain English Guide to Packet Switching. Mitchell is a member of IEEE.

L'auteur - N.Todd Pritsky

Todd specializes in computer networking and the Internet. Currently Director of E-Leaning Courseware and a Senior Member of Technical Staff for Hill Associates, Todd has also, managed a computer center, led workshops on computer applications, and written multimedia training materials. He holds a B.A. in philosophy and Russian/Soviet Studies from Colby College, and is a contributing author to the upcoming Computer Security Handbook, 4th ed., soon to be published by John Wiley and Sons in 2002. Todd is a member of IEEE, ICANN, EFF, and Internet Society.

L'auteur - Cliff Riggs

Cliff's areas of technical expertise include TCP/IP, LANs, routing and switching, security, e-commerce, and VPNs. At the same time, he is a Cisco Certified Network Professional, Cisco Certified Design Professional, Certified Novell Administrator, Citrix Certified Administrator, Microsoft Certified Professional + Internet and Microsoft Certified Trainer. Cliff is currently a Member of Technical Staff for Hill Associates. He holds an M.Ed. from Johnson State College and is a member of the IEEE and ICANN. Cliff has authored articles on IP addressing, BGPv4, IP Multicasting, IP QoS, and MPLS.

L'auteur - Peter V. Southwick

For 20 years, Peter has been in communications-designing, implementing, and training on voice and data systems. He specializes in wide area technologies, network design, Telephony, ISDN, SS7, LANs, and SNA. Before joining Hill Associates, he was a Senior Systems Engineer at GTE Government Systems. Peter is the co-author of ISDN. Concepts, Facilities, and Services (published by McGraw Hill), and a contributing author to The Handbook of Local Area Networks from. CRC Press. His speaking engagements have included ComNet and ICA/SUPERCOM. Peter holds a B.S. in electrical engineering from Clarkson College. He is a member of IEEE and has Cisco Networking Certifications.
