Klaus Diepold has been actively involved with the MPEG-4 standardization process since 1995 and has developed various video-based products. He is a professor for data processing in the EE department a( Munich University of Technology in Munich, Germany.

Sebastian Moeritz is CEO of Dicas Digital Image Coding GmbH, a leading MPEG-focused video coding specialist based in Berlin, Germany. He is also a board member and treasurer of the MPEG Industry Forum.
