, MBA (irsmtgbnkr@ao1.com), is a first-time author and in real life a mortgage banker who currently works for a top-20 national lender. He escaped from corporate America (IBM, in the era of Big Blue) to found his own computer company in 1982. After entrepreneurial fever ran its course, he discovered the mortgage industry during the refinance boom of 1993. Many hundreds of transactions later, he decided to come clean and confess everything he knew about real estate and the mortgage business. He wrote this book to do so and to reveal how the Internet is dramatically changing those industries forever.
