L'auteur - Martin Parr

Figure majeure de la photographie contemporaine, Martin Parr est né à Epsom, dans le Surrey, en 1952. Il se fait connaître par la publication de photos de la plage de New Brighton près de Liverpool, The Last Resort. Grand collectionneur de livres et de cartes postales et photographe très productif, Martin Parr a connu un succès mondial avec la série des Boring Postcards chez Phaïdon. Martin Parr vit à Bristol et travaille pour Magnum Photos.
