Dr. Huxley, a Professor of Information and Decision Science at the University of San Francisco for over 30 years, has published in a number of academic journals, served as an expert witness in legal issues involving forensic economics, and won the International Franz Edelman Award for Outstanding Achievement in Management Science for his work on applied scheduling systems.
