L'auteur - James O'Brien

James O'Brien est professeur à l'Université Northern Arizona. Diplômé de l'Université de Hawaï et docteur de l'Université d'Oregon, il a enseigné à l'Université Eastern Washington, à l'Université d'Alberta et de Hawaï. Il a également travaillé pour des sociétés privées comme IBM, General Electric. Il est consultant en systèmes d'information pour de nombreuses banques et des sociétés de service informatique.
