L'auteur - Terry Hill
TERRY HILL is a leading international figure within Operations Management and runs an active consultancy practice alongside his academic role. He is currently Fellow in Operations Management at Templeton College, Oxford University and has previously held positions at London Business School and the Universities of Warwick and Bath, UK.
