L'auteur - David McDysan
, Ph.D., is a Fellow at MCI WorldCom responsible for
strategic planning. He has served as a technical committee
chairperson of the ATM Forum traffic management group, and
is currently the technical committee chairperson for the
Multiservice Switching Forum. Dr. McDysan is recognized as
a pioneer and leader in ATM traffic management and is a
frequent speaker on the topic at industry conferences. He
is coauthor of McGraw-Hill's best-selling ATM Theory and
Application.

Darren Spohn is President, CEO, and Founder of Spohn & Associates, Inc., and a board member of several high-tech companies. He is the author of several highly regarded books in the data network community including Data Network Design, Second Edition, and co-author of ATM: Theory and Application, Hands-On ATM, and ATM Signature Edition.
