Gary Govanus is an independent MCT, MCSE, MCNI and MCNE and is the president of PS Consulting Services, Inc. in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He has worked in the IT industry for over 20 years, and currently works as an independent instructor, teaching Microsoft classes across the country.

L'auteur - Robert King

Robert R. King—CNE, MCNE, CNI, MSCE, MCT, CCNA, and CCDA—is author or co-author of numerous Sybex books, including several MCSE Study Guides. A guest speaker at Comdex Atlanta and Comdex Las Vegas, Bob is Senior Systems Engineer for Cardinal Glass Industries and a long-time consultant and technical instructor.
