After graduating with a bachelor of science degree from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, Steven began writing client/server applications full-time on Windows platforms, using the latest Microsoft tools and technologies. He currently works as a consultant for RDA Consultants, Ltd., in the Washington D.C., area, architecting and implementing advanced, large-scale client/server applications.
