is an independent consultant who specializes in Oracle Designer/2000 and Developer/2000 work and also teaches those subjects for Columbia University's Computer Technology and Applications program.

L'auteur - Duncan W. Mills

received his BA in Physics from Wesleyan University, his MS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University, and his PhD in Electrical Engineering from University of Texas at Dallas in 1992.
