Kernel Terplan is Industry Professor at Brooklyn Polytechnic University in New York and at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, New Jersey. He has more than 30 years of consulting experience offering training and product development services in areas like network management products and services, operations support systems, traffic management, service management, and outsourcing.
