About the authors

J. A. Hernandez is an SAP R/3 senior consultant and team manager at Digital Equipment Corp., and the author of The SAP R/3 Handbook. He has been leading an SAP implementation group at a large telecommunications company. For several years he worked on SAP projects as technical leader in one of the biggest R/3 implementations in Europe. He has also been teaching some of the training courses of the SAP Basis System. Besides that, his main area of knowledge in SAP R/3 is the technical implementation of R/3 systems.

J. R. S. Elechiguerra works as an SAP R/3 consultant for Digital Equipment Corp. He has specialized in the ABAP/4 Development workbench and several functional modules like SD. He has been teaching the entire SAP Basis training courses and for more than four years has actively participated in many successful SAP projects in Spain and Portugal, both in the technical and functional areas.

E. R. Bueno is a senior software engineer at Digital Equipment Corp., with more than twelve years in the computer industry. Mr. Roca has become one of the most experienced engineers and technical leaders in successful implementations of SAP R/3 systems in Spain. His main areas of expertise are in the ABAP Data Dictionary, Printing Issues, Implementation Plans, Quality Plans, and Cross-Application modules. He has also been a trainer of many of the Basis modules of SAP R/3 as well as the technical leader of a large implementation in Barcelona.

S. A. Servera is an experienced consultant and project manager at CSC/Ploenzke, one of the most successful SAP partners in Europe. For the last three years he has participated in several SAP implementations and has become one of the most knowledgeable experts in all aspects of R/3 Reporting.
