L'auteur - John P. Mulligan

John P. Mulligan is the creator and maintainer of SolarisGuide.com, the leading online information resource about Sun" Microsystems' Solaris operating environment, featuring technical manuals, FAQs, and news. John spent three years at the Computing Support Services department at Lafayette College working on just about every aspect of UNIX systems administration and management. He migrated all the college Sun SPARCstations from SunOS 4.x to SunOS 5.x (a.k.a. Solaris 2.x). During this time he started to collect as much information as he could about Solaris-specifically, the migration of SunOS 4.x to Solaris 2.x.
As a chemical engineer, his research on the modeling of microfluidic flows was performed using Sun-" Solaris workstations. John currently lives in East Berlin, Pennsylvania, and he works at P. H. Glatfelter Company.
