structure information on a web site. To do this, web
developers needs to create DTDs (document type
definitions), and this book offers a guide to designing
DTDs. It illustrates general issues and principles of DTD
design, drawing examples from detailed coverage of five
emerging XML DTDs. Megginson covers both a methodology for
the analysis phase of document structure and the DTD syntax
for the implementation phase.
