FRANK PANZARINO is a Senior Engineer for Worldcom Inc. and Adjunct Professor at the Wesley J. Howe School of Technology Management, Stevens Institute of Technology, where he teaches Introduction to Telecommunications Concepts, Principles of Applied Telecommunications, and Business Information Networks. Panzarino has more than 25 years of experience working in telecommunications in roles including technician, systems analyst, programmer, network analyst, engineer, and project manager.
