David E. Stone (www.dr-david-stone.com) is president of WorldWired, Inc. and serves on the graduate faculty of Southern Polytechnic State University(www.spsu.edu). Dr. Stone provides WBT consulting services to a variety of U.S. and European corporations. He has been active in the field of computer based and online learning for more than two decades and holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from Cornell University.

Constance L. Koskinen is Technical Training Manager for Federated Department Stores. With more than 20 years in business management and eight years designing and developing training programs, she holds a Certification in Human and Training Development from the University of Georgia, and a Masters of Science in Technical Communications from the Southern Polytechnic State University in Marietta, Georgia.
