Frederick Buhr, Jean-Pierre Trevisan - Collection Les beaux livres du savoir

160 pages, parution le 01/04/2026

Résumé

This unique book combines a practical guide with a science fiction short story. It supports hospitality professionals in integrating new technologies (AI, cloud, APIs, micro-services) to adapt their offerings to their customers’ digital journeys. At the same time, it invites readers to project themselves into the year 2050, inside the first lunar hotel.

The guide includes advice, case studies, and interviews as well as key industry figures. This book is meant for professionals, hospitality management students, and anyone wishing to anticipate the sector’s rapid transformations. An innovative approach that turns technological evolution into strategic opportunity.

Jean-Pierre Trevisan is a leading figure in international luxury hospitality. He served as Director of the Ritz  Paris for 14 years, before heading the Hôtel de Crillon, Rosewood, and later becoming Managing Director of Lutetia  Paris, Rive Gauche.
Drawing on this exceptional experience within some of the world’s most prestigious establishments, he founded ELEGYA Consulting in early 2026, a firm dedicated to ultra-luxury hospitality. He now advises distinguished owners and leading hotel brands on the creation and development of unique guest experiences.
Internationally recognized, Jean-Pierre Trevisan is an expert in designing bespoke experiences for the most discerning clientele.

Frederick Buhr helps hotel groups and hospitality tech companies drive high-impact innovative projects. With 25  years of experience at the intersection of digital, travel, and hospitality, he notably created Europe's first multi-country rail OTA (Rail Europe, €200M+ in annual revenue), led an AI-powered SaaS platform as CPO, and directed digital transformation programs for international groups such as CMA CGM.
