L'auteur - Barrie G. Dale

BARRIE G. DALE is United Utilities Professor of Quality Management and Head of the Manchester School of Management, UMIST. He is co-editor of the International Journal of Quality and Reliability Management and an academician of the International Academy for Quality. His previous books include Quality Costing (3rd edition, 1999), Quality Improvement through Standards (2nd edition, 1991), The Road to Quality (1993), Working Partnership (1998), Managing Business Improvement and Quality (1998), Managing Quality and Human Resources (2nd edition, 1997) and Total Quality Management Blueprint (1999).
